Four steps take your request from the words you type to a provider's WhatsApp. Seeing your matches is free. You pay only to unlock them.

Mukova works out the trade, the service and the town, then shows you what it understood, so you can put it right before you pay. If something is unclear, it asks you a question alongside your matches.
You see up to three approved providers that fit best, with what they do, where they work and their years of experience. Their names and numbers stay hidden.
Pay US$1 with EcoCash to see their names and numbers. Each one comes with a Mukova reference and a WhatsApp message ready to send.
At the other end, the provider's phone gets your message with the same reference.
US$10 a month, or US$20 for a company, keeps you in the matching pool. Clients find you by what you do, not who you know.
The Mukova team checks every profile before it joins the pool, so a client only sees providers the Mukova team has approved.

You only pay after you see the matches. If none of them fits, leave them locked and you pay nothing. If Mukova can't find an approved provider for the job, it says so, and you can describe the job another way.
So you can judge the fit before you pay anything. Each card shows the service, the town, the years of experience and whether Mukova has verified the provider. The name and contact details come with the US$1 unlock.
A provider signs up and fills in a profile with their services, experience, location and supporting documents. The Mukova team reviews it, then approves it or turns it down with a reason. Only approved providers with a paid month appear in matches.
